Ansar Abbasi answers to the show cause notice, claiming that the allegation of contempt of the judiciary is unfounded.

I've always held the highest regard for prestigious courts and judges.

I advocate for judicial independence and the rule of law. I've always held the highest regard for prestigious courts and judges. In the Islamabad High Court, I filed a written response.

Ansar Abbasi, a senior journalist, has filed a written response to the contempt of court show cause notice. According to Ansar Abbasi, the charge of contempt of court is bogus.

Ansar Abbasi, the editor of Jang Media Group's English newspaper The News, has submitted a written response in the Islamabad High Court to the contempt of court show cause notice issued after former Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Justice Rana Shamim's declaration was sworn in.

The charge of contempt of court is false; as a journalist, I advocate for the independence of the courts and the rule of law.

The senior journalist went on to say that the news / story in question was based on an affidavit signed by former Chief Justice of Gilgit-Baltistan Rana Shamim, in which he made complaints concerning former Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar's behaviour. Gilgit-Baltistan was called by the Chief Justice, who confirmed the signature of his affidavit and its contents. Later, I called former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, who refuted the affidavit's contents.

Ansar Abbasi stated, "I have always appreciated the prestigious courts and judges the most, have complete confidence in the court, have unshakeable faith in the judiciary for which we have fought and undergone numerous pains, may Allah bless us." Given the chance to continue serving the independent judiciary with our brave judges, I reject any accusations of contempt of court.

Ansar Abbasi added that this is a piece of news that cannot be ignored. I restate my support for the state judiciary and its respected judges, notwithstanding the fact that the narrative does not include the name of any High Court judge or the name of any High Court.
