Kazakhstan's president has refused to speak to protesters, ordering security forces to use force against gunmen without warning.

Kazakhstan's situation has spiralled out of control, and the president has ordered military to shoot without warning.

"How can we talk to criminals and murderers, let alone trained local and foreign armed robbers, it would be better to fight these terrorists, so we must destroy them," Kazakh President Qasim Jomarat Tukaev said in a statement.

We have to do it and we will do it soon. " Addressing the nation, the Kazakh president said he was grateful to Russian President Vladimir Putin for providing us with military assistance during this difficult time.

It should be noted that Almaty, the country's largest city and the center of protests, has been sealed off by security forces, who fire in the air if anyone approaches.

The president said foreign-trained extremists were responsible for the country's insecurity and ordered forces to make no concessions to such vicious elements and shoot without warning.

According to the Kazakh Interior Ministry, 26 gunmen have been killed so far in protests against the increase in LPG prices, while 18 policemen, including the National Guard, have been killed.

All nearby businesses, restaurants and supermarkets are closed, and supplies are running out.

More than 3,700 arrests have been made so far, according to local media. Even today, gunfire can be heard in Almaty's main plaza and unrest has spread to surrounding areas.

All parties, including the Kazakh government, are urged to exercise restraint and respect the peaceful protests of Western nations.

It should be noted that the president fired the administration after widespread and violent public protests over rising oil prices in Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan is coping with rising price pressures, with annual inflation reaching 9%, the highest level in five years.
